work it

I run cross country and track all but 4 weeks out of the year. I also enjoy pilates, yoga, bodypump, heavy lifting, as well as crossfit.

Personal Best:

5k : 18:53

4k: 15:46

 squat: 125lbs (note: keep in mind I don’t weigh much =/ ) <== working on it.

Deadlift: 160 lbs

Bench press: 70 lbs ( again, not my best)

Workouts:

Devils work out ( kettlebell/crossfit workout)

Body solid workout ( body rock style weights + circuit )
